Change is never easy. As a church, we have shifted from a singleapostle field model to
a structure where every field is led by a collaborative team. This is a significant
adjustment for all of us. It asks us to release familiar patterns, trust new relationships,
and embrace a shared sense of call.
And yet—even in this early stage—we are already witnessing the fruits of this new
approach. The Spirit is moving among us in ways that affirm this transition: new
connections forming, deeper listening emerging, and a renewed sense of shared
purpose is taking root.
As the USA Apostle Team has formed and traveled across the nation, one truth has
become unmistakably clear: the Spirit is already moving in individuals, congregations,
and mission centers. In living rooms, sanctuaries, fellowship halls, and community
spaces, we have heard from people who long for a church that is courageous,
compassionate, and rooted in justice and peace.
These encounters have shaped our
shared vision: to cultivate Spirit-led inclusive communities that live boldly for justice and
peace, who make disciples, create change, and confront oppression.

developed and how we can journey together where the Spirit is leading.
